The total power consumption has rise with only about 76w (the power of compressor). The compressor works as long the pc is on.(no thermostat) The pipes and other materials are accessible (the pipes are from copper, used at cars in the breaking system) because in my town its impossible to find a copper block for making a chiller more efficient . The condenser temperature is around 27*C. Y have proved that this CAN BE DONE! Now, the temperature of cpu is -11*C in average and already works for over a year. I could reach even lower temperature if y have made a much better chiller ( at lathe). Everybody ask about what overclock i have achieved with this. At this computer, just from 2ghz to 2.5ghz. Is just a single core made in 2005, purchased in April 2006. The CPU is a amd athlon 64 3000+ at 2ghz with soket 754. The memory is just a DDR1 type, at 400mhz. The motherboard don't let me to overclock more. I cannot change(increase) the voltage at cpu.(stupid bios) . The only way is to rewire the psu of cpu to give more voltage. The water loop specs are: Ek H30 Supreme HF 360 Advanced Liquid Cooling Kit (EK-KIT H3O - Supreme HF 360) I subbed the tube with 1/2 ID 3/4 OD Primochill balck tube. Doing so I had to get all new fittings. I used Black Bitspower rotary compression fittings in standard and 45*. The rear RAD is a 140 from EK. All RADS are in a push/pull with the fans. Here's my Super efficient Hog Stirling motor, powering a 48v server cooling fan that has been converted to an Ultra efficient generator, which in turn is powering a 10mm led light. I've fueled the Stirling motor with one teaspoon of ethanol and it provides bright light for about 6 minutes, using less than 1/2 teaspoon of the ethanol. I was surprised how little alcohol was consumed, so I checked the burner again, using a syringe. It consumed 1 ml every 4 minutes, or, 20 minutes burn time, per teaspoon of ethanol.

In this video I show that this little engine can drive a 20" fan at 570 rpm while charging a 12-volt battery and running a 12-volt pump to provide its own cooling water, all at the same time. Note that it's charging the battery at about 1 watt. At the end I show the engine just charging the battery and putting out 4 watts of electrical power (13.25 volts x .304 amps = 4.028 watts). The engine drives an inkjet printer PM motor as a generator using the original toothed drive belt for higher efficiency. The little 12v pump is one I found online and runs off the generator. With the rheostat I can control the water flow from it, and also the current draw. It's pretty satisfying to see one's engine operating standalone and doing some useful work. The large Stirling engine in the background is another experiment.
