My HPdv5 was turning out to be a Room heater.. blowing out hot exhaust like a mini jet. It recorded core Tempeatures of 93˚C! Which is 7˚C short of Boiling point of water! Well i had to get to the bottom of this.... so i took apart my fuming laptop .. Guess what.. ? HP makes sad cooling setup for their laptops.. the heatsink compound on the core had dried up into little cake pieces, i had to clean this all up.. (-_-) .. Now i've added a new batch of the compound on it.. seems to have done the trick...
